  4. Decluttered a drawer
  5. Shed shoddy shirts
  6. Brightened your bedside

Here’s your Relax-in-5 Reward:

  1. Find something in your home with a lovely scent – flowers, a plant, fragrance, a candle, incense, soap, body lotion, freshly washed laundry – anything that feels good to smell.
  2. Find a relaxing spot – perhaps in an armchair, on the balcony or porch, or curled up on the sofa.
  3. Relax and enjoy pleasurable inhalations (light the candle or incense if you chose one of these) as you reflect on the progress you’re making in your home and life. Enjoy!
