Pare down your pantry.
- Take a look through your pantry, fridge and freezer.
- Notice any items you keep buying that don’t get used – certain foods, flavors, brands, etc.
- Make a mental note – or a written one on the Groceries quadrant of your errands list – to buy less of, or stop buying, these items.
- Discard items as appropriate.
And you’re done!
You’ll save money and space by removing these items from your purchases.
